OVERVIEW
There will be two options for clients;
- Full representation
This option is suitable for clients who would like to be fully represented on their applications.
These are often more complex and fees will vary. Before agreeing to be retained, we will provide an estimate of the costs.
- Application Review
This option is most suitable for clients who want to complete all their paperwork by themselves and make sure that their application package is complete and free of any errors that could cause the application to fail.
RETAINER AGREEMENT
Generally, we require a retainer equal to half the legal fees being charged. This is held in our client’s account. Once the application is submitted, the client is billed for the full amount (consulting fees, application fees, taxes and disbursements) less the original retainer amount. Invoices must be paid within two weeks.
RESULTS
Please note the amount we charge is for the process, not the result. Results can never be guaranteed by anyone (immigration consultant or lawyer). For more information about the results we set out to achieve for our clients.

Full Representation
Our policy is to charge a flat rate fee for most immigration we decide to take on. We will both complete your application and submit it on your behalf. Our service does not end with the submission of the application – we will guide you through the whole immigration process and communicate with CIC the whole time. We will also ensure that you have a legal status in Canada until the permanent residency is granted for no additional fee. Should you be invited for a selection interview, we will fully prepare you for this interview.
Cost of full representation varies application to application. Please, contact us to get your actual cost.
The above totals do not include provincial and federal government processing fees, courier charges, translations or notarization of documents; medical examinations; police clearance checks. All fees will be detailed in the Retainer Agreement signed between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Client.

Application Review
This option is most suitable for clients who want to complete all their paperwork by themselves and make sure that their application package is complete and free of any errors that could cause the application to fail. We will go through your application, review all your supporting documents to make sure that your application is ready to be submitted.
Cost of application review varies application to application. Please, contact us to get your actual cost.
Please note: If you choose this option, we will not submit the application on your behalf and act as your representative. If you wish us to submit the application on your behalf, please see the “Full representation” option.
Email Consultation
This option is the most cost effective option for clients who need to have their specific questions answered.
You can send us a list of questions that you would like us to answer to jcnurgel@jcn-immigrationservices.com. The email consultation cost will depend on the time we will spend answering your questions. The email consultation cost is as follows:
30-minute paid email consultation – $50 CAD (typically 2 – 3 complex questions)
- 60-minute paid email consultation – $90 CAD (typically 4 – 6 complex questions)
You will receive an invoice reflecting the actual cost of your email consultation. You can expect to have your questions answered within 1 business day after the invoice is paid in full.
The email consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee. In other words – if you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your temporary resident/permanent resident application on your behalf, your email consultation is free.
PHONE/SKYPE CONSULTATION
This option is another cost-effective choice for clients who need to have their specific questions answered.
Phone/whatsup consultation:
- 30-minute paid phone consultation session – $40 CAD
- 60-minute paid phone consultation session – $75 CAD
If you wish to book your phone/skype consultation, please provide your contact information through our website. Once we process your request we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a confirmation email stating the date and time of your scheduled consultation.
The phone/skype consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee. In other words – if you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your temporary resident/permanent resident application on your behalf, your phone/skype consultation is free.
